Plate Rotators
NES Worldwide’s PEARL Plate Rotator provides flexibility to printers whose platesetters image the plates in a landscape fashion—but wish to rotate the plate 90 degrees into a narrower width processor (for enhanced chemistry savings).
Pearl Plate Rotator
The Pearl Plate Rotator accepts the plate from the platesetter in a portrait (or landscape) fashion, then lifts and rotates the plate 90 degrees, before exiting the plate in the opposite orientation into the processor. Customers enjoy the opportunity to use a 34" processor for >40" wide plates (and save on chemistry costs every time they dump and rebatch the developer bath).Specifications:
