NES Worldwide offers a complete assortment of plate conveyors that are available for standard AND custom lengths based on end-user applications.

NES Custom Transport Conveyor
We have historically produced custom conveyors for specific OEM requirements in the following dimensions:
34" W x 44" L
48" W x 66" L
60" W x 80" L
These fall into one of two categories: “tube belt” conveyors (between platesetter and processor or preheat, etc.) or “stainless steel belt” conveyors (between processor and post-baking oven that are “telescopically” adjustable).
NES Worldwide Transport Conveyors SP
Because of the higher production cost associated with the stainless steel conveyor chains used in the post-bake conveyors, NES Worldwide has recently moved to “tube belt” technology for post-bake applications as well (because they can withstand plate surface temperatures of up to 450 degrees F).
