Chemical Conservation Unit
This chemical conservation unit is one of the many advanced solutions offered by NES Worldwide.
  • Programmable logic controller or other electronics to support the continual (or periodic) monitoring of plate square meters processed
  • Development of the optimal graphic user interface/control panel to track square meters of plates processed, and to signal the operator to eventually re-batch the chemistry and perform a thorough cleaning, etc
  • Custom-calibrated replenishment pumps to replenish or dose ready-to-use, or concentrated regenerator and/or demineralized water, with proven accuracy to dose at the 5 ml level
  • Custom dosing equipment (within the developer bath) to avoid “hot spots” of higher-than-average developer activity in a particular section of the developer bath—which can cause uneven plate development and inconsistent printing (imbalanced sharpening of certain fine line screens)
